Mark has always had a passion for food although he has spent the last 30 years creating sculpture, the economy shifted and sculpting proceeded to slow down. There was a need for another creative adventure. The opportunity to purchase a traveling wood fired pizza company arose. After experiencing a event with Jamie Martin, the past owner, Mark decided to take the adventure into the food industry. He purchased the business with the acknowledgment that Jamie would train and help Mark learn what was needed to succeed. After a year working together Mark has taken on the business by himself. His goal is to expand the summer events, create new and unique varieties and continue with the passion and drive that founded the business. It isn’t to say that Mark has stopped creating sculpture, but lets say for the time being he has switched his media to that of a edible kind.
