Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), gives residents of the state of California the right to prevent businesses from selling their personal information. If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.120 may permit you to “opt out” of the “sale” of your “personal information” to “third parties” (as those terms are defined in the CCPA). Hagerman Valley Chamber of Commerce takes your privacy very seriously. We support the CCPA by allowing California residents to opt out of any future sale of their personal information.
